Have they broken on me twice? Yup. Did I buy the third time? Absolutely. I have the 3 bolt Louis Garneau spin/triathlon cycle shoes and they come with a 3 bolt hole pattern. Spin class uses 2 bolt spd cleats. I know these always break but honestly I just screw them back in place and keep riding then eventually change them out. I have done dozens of rides on broken cleats, they always snap in same spot I figure because I am a heavier rider (5’9 215 lb woman but I wore these initially when I weighed more) I get what I get and don’t get upset. If you can find other 3 bolt cleats that work better go for it but these will work with the ones that you will find at some spin studios plus YMCA. Pro tip: if you’re going the sketchy route and repairing when they break I just take my bike multifunction tool and tighten it back up. Also I buy separate 5 packs of the screws just in case I need them.

I have a few sets of these adapters for all my shoes, the first set I bought was from my local bike shop it's the adaptor they use if you want to go from a 3 bolt to a 2 bolt system. I had to loosen my pedal tension a bit until I got used to clipping in to them then I tightened the tension right back. My 1st set is over 3 yrs old now no problems, I ride all yr round.

Perfect clips. They work on my Schwinn bike at the gym ad the bike I bought for my house. I went to a bike shop and they helped me install them on my shoes I got from Sierra Trading Post. Why shoes don’t come with them is beyond me but these are perfect. Keep in mind there two different types of bike clips.

Great idea, but poor feasibility. Took forever to clip on then had to twist my ankle with big ~90 degree angle in order to clip off. Almost fell twice on the road even ~20ft away from STOP. Dangerous.

These cleat adapters work great! The work well with my spd pedals and prevented me from having to buy all new pedals and clips. They have held quite strong for the past 6 months that I have had them.The adapter part raises the clear a bit which does make it a bit odd feeling at first but I have gotten used to it.
