The auger did not work well at all. It had a hard time getting through the ice. It jammed up going through the ice. It powered out going through the ice. The first time out with the auger the bracket that holds the cutting blade broke and the other blade had 1/3 of the blade brake off. Needless to say I was very disappointed in the auger.

Made sure everything was secure and in working order before went out. After one use the blades broke off making it u usuable. Drilled maybe 6 holes before they came off. also really difficult to get through the last but of ice. Drove 4 hours and couldn't ice fish the second day. The blades and pins came off and finding replacement parts that fit is next to I possible. Horrible day to drive hours only to realize we can't even use the thing.Update: ordered new blades. Now the whole bottom part broke at the welds. It's completely junk now. There's no customer service. Emailed them and called them.

Affordable compared to others on market. Built very well easy to transport and start. Cuts fast and hard through ice no problem. Very satisfied with product and shipping. Customer service was amazing. I would recommend and buy again with no hesitation.

I got this in today and put it together within 15 minutes. It was packaged fairly well and did not have no damage from shipping. I noticed a comment saying it was hard to start for the first time but it only took me 4 pulls and it started right up. After the first start it started on the first pull multiple times. I did notice that you need to be careful about how you screw the gas cap on first time I screwed it on it cross threaded and was leaking gas. My only complaint is that it is kinda shorter then what I expected but it will get the job done and is a great buy for the price.

Reasonable cost. Prompt delivery. Easy assembly. Started easily. Took to ice. Four holes drilled very quickly. Powerful. A good buy.

Drilled six (6) holes to ice fish and the blades on the auger were gone. I had to buy new blades at $70.00. Buy American or pay the price to fix cheap China manufactured sub standard products. It is not worth the hassle!!!

For the price you really cant beat it. I drilled through 9 inchs of ice in less then 10 seconds easily. The only reason im not giving it 5 stars is due to some cheap plastinc that broke on the exaust cover when the pull start kicked back and hit it. But all in all a very good drill for the price

fires up easy, lots of power and cuts like a hot knife. Only down sides are the auger could be longer and the point of attachment to the motor is a little loose with the pin. No concerns about either though!
