I just don’t get it. How can something made of steel snap in two when you’re just taking it out of its carrying case?? So, the 10x10 popup canopy tent came all together in the carrying case with its canopy, 4 sides, 4 sandbags, stakes and the metal frame. The legs were substantial, the frame seems like it’s made of good metal. Except it’s not. One of the frame support stays snapped as we took it out of the carrying case. No, we were not expanding it. It was not coming out with ease, so when we tried to see what it was hung up on, we heard it SNAP! Aside from the useless frame, the canopy and components seem fine. When we tried to return it, the Amazon system just kept looping us to the company, but after filling out the return form, instead of going to the seller, the “submit” brought us back to the first screen. Tried for days until we got a “too late” screen.

I got it the other day. It's ok worth the low cost.It took me about 35 minutes to put it up myself. I was being careful not to rip any of the top & sides. Now that I've put it up once & got the feel of it shouldn't takeore that 15 minutes solo if you pay attention. I would recommend two people though. Only negative is an obvious one as with every cheap/low priced tent/gazebo the velcro stitching (is) the weak point so do not pull tight. It is a easy fix if you can sew. I can so I'll be undoing the stitching & remove the velcro. I'll be putting a thick piece of material where the velcro was stitch it in place then stitch the velcro back in place. But that's not needed if you pay attention not to pull tight the velcro. I'm Pleased I'll be ordering a 10x20 or 20x30

I bought this tent last summer and even bought a second one as a housewarming gift for a friend.Since I was already using my former tent - which was in its last days I didn't open this one until this spring. My former tent had an opening at the top to allow rising heat to escape. This one does not. I worried it would be a problem but the reflective coating on the inside of the tent does a far superior job of stopping heat from getting in. I will know more as the summer heat kicks in. So far? So good. The tent top is VERY secure- tight fit, velcro fasteners in the corners, tie down straps that hook on the tent frame (two on each side) that help prevent the top from shifting when it rains or the wind blows, and corner flaps that securely attach to each tent leg). LOVE all of the secure attachment measures. There are quality control issues, however, both major and minor. Some of the reflective paint is on the bottom outside of the tent panel. No biggie but the first couple of times I saw it I thought that maybe something damaged the tent. The bigger issue is that there is stitching on the top panel where there shouldn't be. I am afraid that sooner or later the stitching will pop and that I will have to but a new tent top. I should have opened and inspected the package sooner. Please do that I'd you buy this tent. I have attached all four panel walls but may have to at some point. It is amazing to have four panels and for two of them to have windows! I have one window panel up and never feel closed in.Minus the major error of stitching the top panel and weakening the tent top, this tent is otherwise perfect. I am hoping that this tent lasts longer than my last one.

Tent not sturdy enough, blew away in minor rain and wind. Canopy cover was slightly damaged when we were trying to install the tent for the first time. Returns are not free, be warned.

WoW! I did not think I'd write a review on a canopy but I had to on this canopy because a strong gust of wind took it up over my privacy fence and flipped it. I use it over my hen house to protect my hens and roosters from the hot Florida sun and rain. I didn't have it anchored so, therefore, the wind was able to carry it. The only damage that occurred was one of the support beams was bent. I took the canopy down and put it away for a couple of days. When I set it back up it was in great condition. I have anchored it and so far, so good. Thank you.
