These do not come with the power adapters and nobody helps you when you ask for replacements. Avoid Ingram

The yealink phones are great but the add stated power adapters included. They have never arrived. only the phones.

This phone supports all the most recent Broadsoft platform features and all the neat SIP extensions. It's not too pricey, and full of buttons for different things that are completely programmable. It's got forwarding state communication, MWI where the vm buttons calls the most recent MWI notice's line, BLF and SCA, PTT/Paging auto-off-hook capability, all kinds of directories, all the high def codecs. Basically, this is the decent cost-effective desk phone you use if you want to be able to do all the stuff. Great value, great features. I'm a Broadsoft platform reseller (we outsource) and this is what I put at my customer locations as the standard desk phone. It's also what I use at home.
