Middle support pieces broke while putting together. Literally just snapped in my hand. So weak! Unable to put second shelf on. Purchased this for our new kitten. Even if it hadn't broke I don't think it would have supported a bouncy playful kitten and definitely would not have supported the growing kittens weight. Very disappointed and can't return. Purchased it prior to our kitten being ready to joing our home.

So it doesn't fit a cat comfortably at all. Our lil guy is 1 yr old and we had originally gotten it for him, since he had become ill and needed to be crated. However it stated it was for cats and shown how it fit a cat litter box and was two stories. No, it was great disappointment. Standard small litter box didn't fit. When I put my cat in there he cried and was soo scared. I was able to make a L shape out of the cage thinking that would make it bigger but no. The company was awesome at fixing the situation since it was no good for me and did refund me for product and told me to donate the product. I just wanted to make sure people knew the actual description though of the cage so you didnt make the same mistake. Because i waited for this cage a while to get and than once i got it was bummed it didnt work and could of gotten something elsewhere. Could it work for a kitten? Yes probably a tiny baby one, but once it got past a certain point it would be to big for this cage. So I'm just pointing out if your needing it for a larger animal this won't work, good for tiny kitten or rabbit. Cage itself is sturdy and they give you zip ties as well and super easy to assemble. That's way I'm marking it 3* and also good customer service.

Easy assembling. And it comes with a few extra pieces in case you would like to add a bit more space.The fun part with this type of enclosure is if you got more parts you could rearrange or make it bigger! Very cool. ✨

too small not worth the price. There were better ones for this price. I do not recommend it to anyone. I think I will return it.

10 thumbs up. Easy to essemble. The cat loves it. Added a cat hammock to it so fun.
