To make L Reuteri I had to play a little with controls. I wanted 36 degrees and 36 hours. I got it right. Works just fine

Great design and seemed like it would be perfect to make my L. Reuteri yogurt however is starting sparking and could have caught my kitchen on fire. This was very scary and thankfully I was nearby and not asleep. I would not recommend this.
