Fabric is itchy and if you have larger arms, they elastic will be tight on the arm area. Elastic also seems like it would be tight to keep sleeves off the shoulder. May be fighting to keep the sleeves down. Embroidery is pretty, but don't feel like the top matches the bottom . Returning... Not for me.

Im 5’5 and 150lbs and the medium fit oversized. So I would say to size down. Overall it was a beautiful dress and a plus that it matched my chanclas!
