Device worked however was loaded with software from previous owner, had to download operation manual online, would have been nice to have been included

Zebra makes excellent product and this is one of them. The review by the user who rated the device low is not applicable. It is not about the device functionality, it is about the error of the seller who failed to remove personal contents from the device before selling it. If purchasing the unit, I encourage you to check with the seller to ensure the battery life is good. Otherwise, Zebra provides excellent customer service and lots of self help downloadable resources online to customize the TC51/TC510 to meet your specific needs.
