Your cart is empty. Corvette C7 Front Grille Chrome BlackoutThis vinyl strip will black out the chrome bar on your Corvette C7 front bumper grille. It has been contour cut for easy installation. Corvette C7 Chrome Grille Bar Vinyl Overlay Installation InstructionsTo install:
1. Clean the chrome grille bar with dish soap and water, followed by the alcohol wipes provided.2. Starting with one side, center the decal on the chrome bar and press the center.
3. Slowly press up and down on the decal away from the center to adhere it to the grille bar.4. Tuck the small vinyl overhang under the chrome plastic grille bar frame that covers the very edge of the center chrome piece. (This can be achieved by using a vinyl install tool or a credit card)
5. Repeat steps 3-4 for the other side of the chrome grille bar.

Fitment was a little off so you will need knife, blade, exacto etc - something sharp to get rid of excess sticker. Appearance is amazing and it’s super easy to work with as long as you’re using heat. You’re not getting a cheaper mod for a Corvette that makes as big of a difference as this one.

Easy to install and hides that chrome strip across the front air intakes

Does the job, but for how long remains to be seen as the strip they provide is not perfectly cut to size and will require precision cutting on the consumers end. Adhesion of the strip is lackluster and hopefully will not fall off during a spirited drive. Other companies provide a third strip in case of mistakes, this company does not.

The C7 corvette chrome grille bar vinyl overlay completely changes the look of the stingray front grill for the better and much cheaper than buying a new one. Take your time on the installation and use a vinyl wrap tool kit to assist in tucking the edges on the top and bottom of the chrome bar. The vinyl matches perfect with the black carbon flash grill.

You'd have to trim the entire piece to make it work. The only good thing I have to say is thamt it did match the grill. Ripped it off and threw it away.

This vinyl wrap comes pre cut to fit over the chrome grille bar. It’s pretty easy to install and only took about 15 minutes after cleaning/prepping the area. Seems like it will stay put for a while. Makes my C7 look nasty!

This is essentially a precut piece of vinyl tape. It applies fairly easily if you take some care. I found using a hair drier to keep the tape warm and stretchy was useful. It can be lifted off and resituated if you are careful. The color matches the grill perfectly which was both good and bad. It made it difficult to see what you were doing for alignment, but at the same time it really didn't matter if you were slightly off. The most difficult part was trimming the excess vinyl in the corners. I have had it on for several weeks and it seems as though it is staying in place. All in all I am pretty satisfied. The nice part is if you don't like it you can peal it right off and nothing has been harmed. I would recommend this product for cosmetic upgrades.
