It started with JJ
ZippyPaws' co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family's 20 years' of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. ZippyPaws was established in 2011 and ever since we have created toys that embody JJ's best qualities: playful, colorful, and loads of fun!

The material seems warm and water proof. Seams on inside may bother some pups skin. I bought a small and a medium for 2 miniature schnauzers who r 20lbs each but 1 pup is tall (by 1 inch)and thin and the other pup is short and stocky. The small coat was too small and medium was way to big. Huge difference between sizes of the coats. will return both items due to fit.

I put this jacket under running water in the sink and did not feel water on the inside. Highly recommended.
