The design of the TWIN Prof series is the result of close cooperation between Zwilling and the Milanese architect and designer, Matteo Thun. Both the handles and the functional parts are made of high-quality 18/10 stainless steel. These kitchen aids are stainless, dimensionally stable, and easy to maintain. Most products in this series are seamlessly processed and therefore extremely easy to clean. The functional parts are firmly and water-tightly anchored in the rounded handle. This ensures high reliability, long life, and perfect hygiene. These kitchen aids also have a non-porous, smooth, and carefully machined surface. The edges are rounded, and all surfaces have a velvety matte finish. Most products in this series have a flat handle. Bei meiner alten Suppenkelle hat sich doch tatsächlich der Griff nach nur 20 Jahren von Stiel verabschiedet. Um dies zu verhindern hatte ich mir diese Kelle ausgesucht, da sie aus einem Stück gemacht ist. Sie ist sehr stabil und, wie ich finde, schön designed, so dass ich damit sehr zufrieden bin.

Zugegeben, der Schöpfer ist nicht ganz billig, aber die Verarbeitung und Qualität sind 1A. Starkes Material, keine Schweißnähte die sich verändern könnten. Das Teil ist in einem Stück gefertigt. Keine scharfen Kanten und schön mattiert. Nicht einfach nur ein dünnes Blechteil.Würde ich es noch einmal kaufen, nach erstem Eindruck: JaWürde ich es noch einmal kaufen, nach einem halben Jahr: Ja!
