UPDATE: The company responded to my inquiry. They could not send the specific parts that I needed. Instead, they sent a whole other unit. I think many people would be happy with that, and generally speaking, I am, but now I'm stuck with 100lbs of trash or I can try to rig something together to make it level (and then I'll have two of them). They also offered $20 refund, but because this was ordered through the Vine program, I was not able to accept that refund (which I think was small anyways).This product has five star potential, but was missing parts. As you can see from the pictures, the wheel mounts for one side of the cooler cart weren't installed at the factory. These pieces pop into into the base of the cart and the wheels pop into the mounts. The other side of the cart has the mounts pre-installed. I'll be contacting the company about the missing parts and may change my review after hearing from them.Besides my leaning towards a 2-star review, I really liked putting this cart together. The instructions were very clear and every piece was marked. This made assembly very easy.The cooler mechanism surprised me. It's basically a skin that is put into the basin of the cart. The rim snaps into a groove that helps keep the skin in place. I'm not sure if this is going to help keep things cool or not, but I found it interesting.Spring is just starting in New England, so I'm not going to be entertained anytime soon, but if the wheels are fixed and the weather gets nice, then the drinks will be mixed and the beers on ice!
