Really like this coffeemaker. No bells and whistles, just plug it in and turn it on. That makes it a bit shorter than most makers, fits on my counter better. And I noticed that even if water gets on the hot plate it doesn’t rust like almost every other coffeemaker I have had. Would be perfect for someone who doesn’t need timers, clocks,etc

Great basic 12 cup coffee maker!This is a light weight but solid coffee maker!It's got an easy to use design!This is great for a backup coffee maker!It's great for putting in a break room at work!The carafe is large and perfect for a large brew!!You can also brew tea in this coffee maker!If power goes out, this is perfect to plug into a backup battery to heat water! It doesn't use a lot of energy, but it does exactly what it's supposed to do! Heats water very well and it keeps the heated liquid hot!This does take standard round coffee filters.To make sure you have the right amount of water, fill the carafe with water and pour it into the water tank!Or you can use the level markers! Either way works perfectly!This is extremely easy to clean!Don't submerge the main coffee maker, but the carafe can be washed in the sink. You can put the carafe in the dishwasher top rack only.The coffee maker can be wiped down with Distilled White Vinegar and run some Distilled White Vinegar through the water system!This is a decent price for a great coffee maker!

I had the coffee maker for about 3 weeks. Made one pot of coffee per day. Hot plate under pot stopped heating and on/off switch jammed in “on” position. It was an inexpensive machine but should have lasted more than 3 weeks.

This coffee pot does the job, and it is very reasonably priced. it is not as sturdy as I would have liked. It also does not have a reservoir for the water level on the pot itself.
