Initially had an issue charging, after some diagnostic back and forth with customer service was able to determine that the charger it shipped with was defective. They sent a replacement charger and the issue was resolved. Great communication, diagnostics and response.

Love this got it today plugged up all 4 of my outlet on my inverter and awesome for the charger and battery 305 dollars love it gonna order one more guys if you want a great battery please get this ...for the price AT $214.00 JUST FOR BATTERY AND A DAM GOOD ONE you don't got to order one that is 600 dollars this is it ...and it shows 13.8 and its a 12.8 battery so it holds more then advertised witch is great I ran my 85 watt TV charge both my phone's ran my speaker bar for TV. For 15 hrs.and just went to 12.9 WOWWW..great battery 5 stars ⭐ thanks amazon ...
