I always scale the salmon we catch. We cook it with the skin on so scaling is a must. These do a good job with very little pressure needed. The round handle is easy to hold and it's comfortable in your hand. They're stainless so there's no rust issues. The two pack is a good value.

I am learning how to filet the fish I catch and scaling is a necessity. I knocked off 1 star due to the small size of the business end and the handles. This 2 pack will get the job done but they are small for my hands. I do like the stainless steel design.
