Only one of the two burners (the big one) gets hot enough for cooking. So, even when making something as simple as noodles and sauce, you will not be able to cook on both burners, as the small burner is only good for heating up or keeping warm. Do not purchase if you are looking for a two burner stove!

Disappointed with how it works , it has a nice design but the instructions are not clear and the burners don’t heat up properly don’t know if that was the design so that one is more hotter than the other . The controls also was not reliable when pressing when you press peak one seem to heat up faster than the other the tell burners to close together really this more for 2 small frying pans or just one big pan

We are converting a bus into an rv and I got this to be the stove. Our plan is to build it in. I tried it out first in the kitchen on a typical weeknight meal… spaghetti and meatballs. The large burner brought my pot of water to a boil (from warm tap water) in 19 minutes on the highest power level and with the lid on the pot. Electric stove in the apartment takes about 12-13 minutes. Smaller burner brought pasta sauce and frozen meatballs to a boil at power level 7 in under 10 minutes with a lid on the pot. It then maintained a gentle simmer on power level 5 without burning the bottom of the pot. The water pot was able to maintain a low boil, but barely. If you are doing any specialty cooking and need to go beyond that it might not be possible.For the first 10-15 minutes, the device was warm enough to rest a hand on top next to the burner or on the metal sides underneath. At 15 minutes, most of the device (except the button area) was too hot to touch. I do like that there is an indicator to show the burners are still hot after turning off. They were cool enough to touch by the time we finished eating. I will probably build a heat shield around it as I would be nervous using it near wood.It is not a heavy device and it is easy to clean. Using it is not intuitive, but easy enough after you’ve read the manual. There is no indicator on the device to let you know which controls work which burner. The manual does include this information.Overall, it seems to be about 85-90% as efficient as an apartment electric stove and we will be building it into the bus.
