I have a very old farmhouse with a rubble stone foundation. To say that there are some small holes in the mortar joints would be an understatement. Thus I have a mouse problem in the house.I got this mesh to fill in the small holes as I find them. The proper solution is to re-point the entire foundation but that is not in the cards right now. This is pure copper (meaning not copper plated steel) so it will never rust and can be easily crammed into the holes. The mice can absolutely not chew through this. (Anyone who thinks that spray foam insulation will stop them is mistaken.)I did not put this package on the scale but it feels like about 2 pounds worth to me. In other words this is a lifetimes worth for my purposes. Highly recommended for the purpose I have described.
