These don’t clamp down as hard as the original. So while they work they aren’t the best.

This item will work for your Milwaukee packout but they are a loose not a tight fit compared to the Milwaukee if I need to buy again I will try to find a different vendor to use

The latches are heavy-duty and look to be about as good as a genuine Milwaukee latch. The handle where the metal latch goes through could definitely be a bit thicker and beefier, although, it’s about the same as the Milwaukee.Amazon Vine sent this product to me for an honest unbiased review. Would I recommend it? These are about the equal of Milwaukee latches; however, I found actual Milwaukee latches for a fair amount less than these. Pricing seems to be the biggest negative.

This is one half of the latch clasp. The wire part clips to the top of the case. Leverage applied to the black part completes the closure. The red and black parts are plastic. If this replacement latch is available, their durability is questionalble. This is not a general use clamp latch but for a creative craftsman, it can be accomplished.
