I use these to wear at night to keep me from grinding my teeth. They do the trick and are alot cheaper then buying an expensive mouth piece.

Bought this one for my kid's use in sparring. The number of packs provided were decent however, after first use of it the shape got deformed when he chew it a bit and we had it to switch to another pack. Wish this would have been a bit sturdy otherwise a decent product.

These mouth guards are made from weak, thin rubber that shrinks as its being heated for molding. I bit through one the first time I used it and continued to spit pieces of it out for the rest of my training session. DO NOT BUY, not worth the "cost savings".
