I was in the market for an inexpensive gold bridge to go on my Chinese-made Kramer Strat clone, a VT-211s.The spacing / measurements were exact for my Strat clone, but there was excess material inside some of the screw holes that needed to be sanded down before installing it.My guitar has thinner strat body like a Squier, so I was worried about the block being too big, but I had plenty of room to reinstall the back plate. If you’re considering this bridge, you’re obviously not expecting the quality to be all there, as there’s minor blemishes in the metal that’s to be expected in a bridge this cheap. As the start of a gold hardware swap for a cheap partscaster project, it does just fine at that, though I’m curious how long it’ll last with regularly playing 👌(*Weight of my stock bridge / block combo VS the gold replacement for reference.)

I came across a Squire for cheap and decided to vamp it up. The existing bridge and whammy were scratchy and crunchy looking. I wanted a cleaner look - and with a Squire - am I that concerned about sound? Yes - any change you make to the guitar is going to change it's sound. Prince played a Squire for a while. I want mine to sound at least as good as that - and have long sustain. I just don't feel like this whammy kit is as good as the old scratchy one - it has a lighter feel. So I'm just hanging onto this kit for the whammy bar itself - I tend to lose those.

Is this a Floyd Rose? Nope. Does it cost as much as a Floyd Rose? Nope.Does it fit well, sound good, look good, and leave some coins (you know, those things that you used to get back at the store... before debit cards...) in your pocket? Sure does!Good little tremolo bridge kit. It was easy to route a cavity with some templates designed for the standard tremolo cavities and install the bridge and screw/spring assembly. The product works well and it does look good. I didn't notice any blemishes on the finish, and the screws turn smoothly when adjusting height and intonation. For the price it is a great bridge set.

When the bridge block on my 80's strat-a-like guitar crumbled, I ordered this as a replacement. The block on this is the same "pot metal" material and it much thinner so I doubt it will last another 40 years. A brass block would have been a good upgrade, but for the price, this does the job. Note, this has the screw in tremolo arm rather than a pop in.

I got this bridge to go into a Prusacaster that I'm currently working on 3D Printing. So far, the bridge seems of high quality and well made. I think it should serve my needs and should be a pretty good replacement if you just need to swap out your bridge on a Squier you've got sitting around or something.

I recently ordered the Ogdni Vintage ST Guitar Tremolo for a Stratocaster style guitar that I am building. The bridge fit the standard Stratocaster body that I have perfectly. I have installed tremolo systems before, so this one was easy for me to install. If you have never installed a tremolo system before you can watch many YouTube videos that will show you how to do it. The kit comes with everything you need to set up your tremolo except for the tools which are a drill and screwdriver. The bridge is pretty good and sturdy, but the tremolo block is a bit thin which some people will prefer something with more thickness. This is a nice bridge if you are looking to build a guitar on a budget and it will provide good value.

I slapped this bridge into a squier strat because I loathe bent steel saddles with all of my being, and immediately I was greeted with a comfortable, great sounding bridge that intonated well, and allowed for a good guitar to become a great one.
