Tried everything to get this antenna to work. Put it in the same exact spot as my other antenna that was working great for 2 years. Pointed in the same exact direction of our cellular tower, but could not get a decent signal. Returned it to Amazon, but because of their new policy, it will take 30 days to get my refund. Very disappointed. Waste of money AND my time!

I got better signal strength with this, but only in 4G mode. It rejected my nearby 5G signal, which is on a different frequency band. The device it was connected to actually got slower Internet with this antenna attached than using the built in antenna. I spent a long time with T-Mobile's tech department looking for a solution. We came to the conclusion that the antenna was either defective or not suitable for use in the frequency range needed for 5G coverage in my area. It was also missing some hardware (a couple of bolts) and came with no instructions, not even a diagram of what it should look like when assembled. The coax cable it comes with is very stiff, which makes connecting the antenna connectors to the T-Mobile device very awkward. I'm returning it.

I had a brand name mimo that went with my previous property. I purchased this to put on a cabin I am staying in which had almost no signal and unusable internet. To my surprise, this antenna brought me up to over 25 mbps and I never even adjusted the direction. Worth every penny and seems to be just as effective as the far more expensive brands. Highly recommend.

My wife and I are full time RV'ers. I chose to go with T mobile 5g home Internet, which works well when you have a good cell signal. We like to stay in secluded RV parks that generally have poor cell service. At our current location I was pulling 10-15 mbps during the day, but at night it would get spotty and start going in and out. Very frustrating!I bought this affordable antenna, put it on the roof of our RV, pointed it at the tower, which is miles away and BOOM! Now, during the day I'm pulling between 40-60 mbps but at night I'm pulling between 150-200 mbps! Day and Night difference! It's a complete kit that comes with everything you need for the installation. They even throw in a couple adapters to ensure it will plug into almost any 5g modemrouter or hotspot out there that is equipped with external antenna ports. Before you spend twice as much money on a "name brand" antenna, give this one a shot. It certainly solved our Internet problems.

I just moved into a new house in a very rural area. On my phone I was getting no signal to 1 bar in the house. 1-2 bars outside. I was concerned about my internet options and for found kinetic by Windstream but heard they were not the best for reliability. (spoke to reps from there who told me totally speeds I would get and that throws a red flag in my eyes) So be before I made the move I ordered tmobile 5g internet. I know I wouldnt get 5 g but if they can beat Windstream dsl I would be satisfied. First without the antenna I averaged 21-24 mbps on the ground floor. Which I was happy with as that matched Windstreams offering. Next I tested with the antenna. I used cell mapper to locate the tower which is almost 5 miles from my home. I was able to get 29-33 mbps constantly. I then moved the antenna to the tallest place on the house. I was able to get up 37-40mbp. I'm able to stream directvnow on 2 devices and browser the Internet without much issues. This product came with all the hardware to mount the device and cabling for my needs. Also saves me $25 a month in internet cost.(Update) I was able to adjust the antenna and mount it at even higher location. I looked at the screen and only had 2 bars when normally I was getting 3 bars. I ran a speed test and I got upper 50s mbps. I was shocked and noticed I was picking up 5G instead of 4G. This is working better than I expected. I'm happy with the antenna. Especially for the price. I know waveform makes a nice antenna but I did not want spend $400 at the time.Only one issue I had its the mounting bolts are cheaply made and started to strip. when I moved the antenna I replaced the bolts with better ones I had laying around.

This antenna actually slowed down my router, I looked up the cell tower and tried adjusting it left and right and even tried it 20’ up from the ground. Don’t waste your money and time on this product.
