I love the final installed product. The installation was a struggle with part of the install as I should have bench tested everything prior to installUnfortunately a manual was not included and the video provided was not for my truck.Regardless, I'm pretty happy with the end product.

Works and looks amazing! 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins now looks like a new interior. It really is a plug and play. Watch the YouTube videos if you run into any questions about the reverse camera hookup. Very happy with all of it. Great value, sound quality is better than factory and the fit is so good it looks like it came from the factory with it. 5 stars and would recommend anyone wanting an updated look for their vehicle to get this!

Bought it for my 04 Dodge ram 1500 as it said it worked with, powered on no sound tried resetting the radiio no sound still, tried disconnecting my battery on my truck still no sound.....

Radio is slow loading apps, works. Cuts out randomly sometimes. Then is fine for weeks.Some apps play music and movies fine, some apps will play the movie but no sound will be coming out. Took me forever to figure out the back up camera. But it does work. 3 outta 5.Unless someone can fix the damn apps playing sound.

There weren't any instructions for the install but it was simple enough. The manual that was provided had a wire pinout which was helpful once i used google translate. Screen is snappy and has alot of options for configuration. Only downfall so far is the ApplePlay will some times take a while to connect but rebooting the screen will usually solve that issue. Also the factory options passcode is 3368 (that code isnt included in the paper work).
