I bought this last year for my son to use in his 6th-grade mathematics and geometry classes. The quality is great for the intended purpose and he will be able to use this kit for many years. It is not drafting class quality, but perfect for middle school math. The two triangles are the right size, not being tiny and not being too large. The protractors work perfectly for determining the degree of angles and for marking points to draw angles. The compass works the way it should but took him a little practice to get used to. Overall, this is a worthwhile kit for middle school math.

I got this set to help with card making. Especially making alcohol ink blending backgrounds! I use the half circle ruler for that with felt on the straight edge! Saw this technique on YouTube with Jennifer McGuire.

Its as seen in the picture. Its not very great quality plastic but its a decent piece for that price. Been using since a month . It will last more.

This set arrived on time and is very nice. It seems very durable and has plenty of pieces for both my kids so there is no arguing over who gets the protractor or square first! Compass came in it's own little zipper pouch and test of the pieces are in another zipper pouch.
