its the correct matching part for my mtd210 troybilt but the tension doesnt seem tight enough. also the part that attaches to the mower handle side.. its too small so i have to rig it with zip ties.

Unlike the original, the clamp holding the throttle and drive cables, will not stay in place without zip-ties. Moving the throttle lever pulls the clamp out of the lawnmower handle bar. The cable assembly does come with two cable-ties, which can be utilized to hold clamp in place. It works for the money.

Does Not seat well into the existing hole. I strapped mine with a strap cable tie.
