The product shown in the several photos doesn’t show a plastic box attached to the cable. I received a cable with a small plastic box attached to the cable which didn’t fit my Toro push mower. I verified my numbers before purchasing.

This is the 2nd cord that I’ve replaced over the years on my mower. It’s very easy to do but I would suggest putting the hook end that’s closest to the mower in the hole first before slipping it into the area that holds it in place or you’ll be spending a lot of time attempting to stretch the cord to hook it in the hole.
