This is an 8lb vest that does not have removable weights but is filled with sand instead. This makes it feel much heavier than 8lbs! I have to wear it around the house to get used to it. I ordered this as I've read that wearing a weighted vest is good for your bone density and mine is low, so thought I'd give it a try. Very well made with solid seams throughout. Two adjustable straps in front keep everything secure and it's easy to take on and off. Will see if it makes a difference! I'll start out slow then work up from there.

I have a walking pad at home, and read about the benefits of using a weighted vest. This is my first time trying a weighted vest. I typically walk 30 minutes on speed 2.8. When i first saw the vest online, i didn’t think 8 pounds was going to make a difference. Once i received the heavy box, i know this is going to make my walks more of a challenge.Im 5’5”, 190 lbs, and 42” chest. The vest fit me well with the adjustable straps. Im a B cup, but i think this might be tight on someone with a bigger chest.Overall, a quality piece.

I ordered this vest to add weight bearing walks to my movement.My chest measures 38” and my waist is 31” This fits with lots of extra room on the straps.This vest is comfortable and stays in place for mg walks. It buckles in two places. And has some elastic stretch under the arm connecting the back and front.It weighs 12.2 pounds according to my scale.

LOVE THIS! I got this to wear when doing errands, walking my dog, etc. Being a mom with 4 kids I don’t get as much time to work out as I’d like. This definitely brings up the heat when doing those every day tasks. I’ve only worn it a couple times but my ours ring registered a higher heart rate/burn then otherwise.I am planning on using this for my walking pad too.It’s a great quality and it’s sand so it feels squishy.Definitely took a minute to fit it right to me but it wasn’t hard. Part of that is also because I was cleaning/bending over. It was a perfect fit after that!

I was surprised at how comfortable this is to wear. The material is soft and flexible and it is very easy to put on and take off. The weight is pretty well distributed and doesn’t put too much strain on the shoulders. Seems to be well made and is holding up very nicely. Fits my wife nicely and although is a bit small for me, I can still wear it without feeling uncomfortable.

This vest is great. I got it primarily to increase my exercise as I walk my dog each day. After several walks, I added it to my normal work day as I use my standing desk. Eventually, I added it to my exercise routines as well.For me, the main point is that it adds a little weight and therefore a little extra calorie burn without making too much difference in the feel of the activity. Overall, I can't imagine that it doesn't help with my fitness, so it seems like I'm getting added benefit without (much) added effort.

It’s kind of shocking how HEAVY an extra 8 pounds is when you strap it to your body and try to exercise! 🤣 This vest gave me a great workout — just taking an energetic walk! I like that the weight is evenly distributed and that the straps are adjustable. My 210 lb husband can wear it just as easily as me (125 lbs). The one thing you should know is that it’s an all-in-one deal. The weights are not removable, as it’s like a sand-type material. So cleaning it is basically a good wipe-down. Not sure how that will go in the sweaty hot summer, but we’ll find out!

I like that you can take this on and off easily like a jacket instead of having to put it over your head. When the ad said that this is an adjustable vest I thought that you could adjust the weight but this is not the case. You can only adjust the buckle straps. I got the 8 pound which is doable. It is comfortable once you buckle it in.
