I purchased a replacement valve 3 months ago to replace the original on a faucet purchased a 1.5 years ago. After 3 months, 1 week, this replacement is failing; the faucet is dripping vigorously. I am constrained to buy another because I couldn't find another replacement so easily. I supposed I will have to buy another faucet in the next 3 months because these replacements are worthless. I can't afford a new faucet today.... ARGH!!! I should get it for free.

I bought a faucet from this seller. The faucet leaked from both hot and cold side. When I emailed customer support they wanted pictures of the leak even though I gave them exact info of where the leak was coming from and what the issue was.I then contacted them over amazon seller chat for faster service. They "offered" to replace the cartridges for a fee and it would take 10-15 days to arrive even though they sell these replacements for delivery the next day. I told them I could not have an nonoperational sink for that long and they instead "offered" faster shipping of 5-7 days for a larger fee.I ended up buying the replacements myself.The original cartridges are faulty and prone to leaks vs these cartridges that are a better build quality.I ended up buying the replacements myself.
