My original Delta faucet was difficult to turn off - kept dripping. A delta replacement resolved it, but didn't last long before I had the same problem. This BAYDOW replacement was priced right, fit right, and has worked well. I definitely recommend.

So far so good, this thing has worked great and the price on it is excellent. The quality on it seems to be as good as the ones I've used before, so there's no issues with that. Because because the operation is perfect of it. It was an easy install.And it's well made, it's just as good as anyone I've used before it's got good quality. About it, because the temperature is exactly what the other one was. So there's no problems with water temperature and it fit perfectly if you use the plumber's tape, you should have no leaks as I have.There's no leaks whatsoever, so everything so far is actually as good as anyone have ever used is definitely a quality. Build unit and operationally is perfect. I see no difference between this and a factory name replacement part. Definitely, a good deal for the money and operationally is perfect, highly recommended.

While it seems like most folks had good luck with this one, I unfortunately didn’t.Right out of the box I noticed that it isn’t properly put together as the gray and black plastic had gaps and weren’t perfect aligned either thus making it mot perfectly cylindrical and when trying to put the bonnet back on, I had to sort of force and wiggle it over it.Once installed, it worked and I didn’t notice any leaks. However, the lever is extremely rough as if the lubricant has completely dried up. Also, I can’t say I noticed a noise difference compared to my other faucet which is installed right next to it and has the original OEM cartridge.All in all, mine was an epic fail.

I had replaced the cartridge on my kitchen sink about a year ago and in the last couple of weeks, it had started dripping if not closed tight. I ordered this replacement to fix the issue. I installed it in a bout a half an hour and it is performing well. I will have to see how it holds up. The price is reasonable. What I liked about the cartridge: 1) it came with a replacement brass barrel. My existing barrel was damaged from past work; 2) it included most of the tools I needed. Unfortunately the Allen wrench was the wrong size for the existing set screw. Although they provided a new set screw I wanted to use the existing screw; and 3) it is working so far.

We needed to replace a cartridge in our kitchen sink so I took a chance on this one. I think the "Upgrade" claim has to do with how rigorous the testing has been on this. Visually, it looks nearly identical to the one we are replacing and it popped right in, no problems. I will update this review if we experience any leakage.

I'm thrilled with this product! The replacement part arrived quickly and was an exact match to the original - you can't tell the difference between this and the factory-installed component. Following the Video, I easily fixed the dripping water issue. The installation went smoothly, and I particularly appreciate that the manufacturer included extra screws, which shows their attention to detail. To ensure optimal performance, I applied a small amount of plumber's grease during installation, and now the faucet operates completely silently with buttery-smooth action. This is clearly a high-quality product that worked perfectly for my home repair needs. I couldn't be happier with both the product quality and the overall experience!
