YMMV, what they don't tell you is a simple cartridge replacement is easy, but after 25 years, getting the capute cartridge out of the valve body is the hard part, then cleaning all the pieces of it and crud out before a new cartridge will go in or seat. Once you have it prepped, OK, proceed but I learned it wasn't quite a easy do it yourself project and I am tired of spending time in the shower and no water in the rest of the house. Water temp is ok, not as good as when the original worked. They are all plastic on the outside so I can't really comment on durability, but it did fit into the valve body and seat for me. Much cheaper then Delta

Well it works perfectly. Easy install and correct part. The valve is behind the handle.

I was worried I could not find the right replacement cartridge due to age of house. This worked perfectly completely stopped the leak! Ordered another for the other bathroom today!
