I had just installed a Lowes budget brand bathroom faucet and long story short, had problems. Unfortunately, I had already thrown out the packaging! Trying everything, I eventually inspected the cartridges and they...fell apart?! I put the ceramic pieces back and couldn't get it to work. Terrible!! No one in town had anything identical, just my luck. A guy at Ace was puzzled by the example I'd brought in. I was going to try something similar to this from his store, but didn't like the stem length. Even with Google lens to identify my cartridge, I found few things that were identical in places I'd like to buy from. This was one of the best matches on Amazon. It wasn't identical, but I'd liked a Parlos faucet I'd had before and took it. No problems so far, and it's been some months. I wasn't sure the faucet handles would fit as intended, but they were alright. I doesn't feel exactly the same, but no one would notice anything odd. So, tl;dr: If you have a similar cartridge situation, try this. Hopefully it works so well for you, too!

These faucets look good when you purchase and you see real brass, copper and stainless steel on the parts under the sink so they look like a good value. But after about a year when you get the drip and go for a new cartridge you find out that the cartridge itself is plastic (which would be okay) but the cylinder the cartridge rests in is also plastic with plastic threads that mate up to a pot metal holder. You don't notice this when you purchase but when you go to replace with a new cartridge all of this becomes evident because the pot metal will fuse to other parts that are also pot metal and you have a big mess. If you are considering getting these do yourself a favor and disassemble your faucet to see if it is even possible to do a replacement. If you purchase before you do this you may find that you wasted your time and money. Color me disappointed. LOL....

We built a house and have 3 faucets from this company. We have one that leaked within a year so we ordered a replacement cartridge. It leaked right away. We are ordering another one in hopes that we don’t have to replace the whole faucet…. Update: The Parlos team reached out to me to inquire about the issue I had with one of my faucets. They immediately replaced the whole faucet in a timely fashion. Very pleased with Rainy who took care of me. Would definitely buy from them again 👍

Don't waste your money on Parlos faucets, nothing but Chinese junk that you can only get replacement parts from Parlos, and occasionally Amazon. Faucet lasted just over a year before it started dripping. One of the replacement cartridges dripped as soon as I installed it.Ended up buying a nice Delta at the local bigbox hardware store. Comparing the Parlos and the Delta when you have one in each hand was a joke. The Parlos was basically built like a toy.
