Please clarify the product model (13/14) and confirm the year of your faucet in advance. before 2016, these faucets are blue and have different sizes. The gray-white units used for faucets in 2016 and later. If you are not sure of the year, Please temporarily delete the old year and check the color and measure.

RP46074 Delta Cartridge Replacement, Compatible with Delta 13/14 Series Shower Faucets, Single Handle Universal Shower Cartridge Repair Kit, Replacement Monitor Cartridge PartsI have received and installed the cartridge in my shower valve, and it closely resembles the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) product it has replaced. The OEM valve was replaced due to its tendency to drip intermittently throughout the day, and I also found its temperature control to be inadequate. The new valve appears to heat up more effectively than the OEM version, even after I adjusted the temperature limit stops, which is a positive change.

The cartridge is a nice fit and seem to match OEM ones in quality and dimensions. The installation process is relatively easy and the valve operates as expected. The price is super competitive comparing to OEM ones. Not sure how long it will last, but so far it's an excellent choice.

There's a lot of information online that says you should never buy anything but the OEM product. I've heard a lot of horror stories about leaks and malfunctions with the hot/cold mixing. I'm happy to say that none of this is an issue for me! Installation was super simple (watch a YouTube video) and takes about 10-15 minutes. Just make sure you shut off your house's main water supply and use silicone grease on all the orings prior to installing!I think a lot of the issues people have with these non-OEM cartridges happens when they don't understand how to set the adjustment dial to give them maximum temperature selection. Just push the adjustment in and turn it all the way to the right. This will ensure you get the maximum range for temperatures.I highly recommend this replacement cartridge! It's about a third of the price of the OEM replacement. Great savings!

This worked fine for the "Newer" Delta single shower handle rough-in housing for this Cartridge. What this one is that is just a tad longer legs that fit against the back of the housing. If you have an older rough-in housing (around 2005 or so old) this will not work because the Legs will be too long. But it fixed my Hot Water Temperature side that for some reason just wasn't mixing correctly with the Cold water. Make sure to use some Silicone Grease all around the Rubber Gasket, Very Important!!! I even ran some around on the inside of the Metal rough-in housing before installing the Cartridge to begin with, it doesn't hurt at all so that it slides in easier that way as you push to set the cartridge in place. Hope this helps someone looking to buy this part. Easy install really, just cut off the water and take it apart and pull the old one out and reinstall the new one.

This mixer was just so so for 2 days. Now you cannot regulate the water temperature at all. I've installed many types of mixers and I have to say this is absolutely dangerous. Amazon should not allow this product to be sold. Period!!!!
