I was horrified that I sent it as a gift to my sister and it arrived broken. Headless nutcrackers! I wanted to arrange for it to be returned but my sister told me not to worry, as I'm in poor health. Very disappointed.

The nutcrackers are pretty but not well made, specially the details. Also, three arrived broken, I was able to glue them but one was missing its nose entirely.

These had a lot of mixed reviews on them- when I got them they were in perfect condition and made a great contribution to my Christmas tree! I would definitely recommend and just cross your fingers that they come in how mine did!

I returned mine because one came unglued during shipment at the neck and the jaw didnt open and close like the others. But more than that, they are in no way worth $20. They look like nutcracker I could get for $5 at Christmas Tree Shop or Walmart. They were pretty so if they were $5 I would have glued the head that was broken and kept them but they're too cheaply made to pay more than that.
