- The intake pressure sensor detects the absolute pressure of the intake manifold behind the throttle. It detects the absolute pressure change in the manifold according to the engine speed and load, and then converts it into a signal voltage and sends it to the engine control unit (ECU). ECU controls the amount of fuel injection according to the magnitude of the signal voltage.

Website says it’s compatible with 2003 Honda Cr v. I got the original one but thinking replacement for better measure after cleaning all fuel injectors. Put it in car would not start. Putting the old one back on , car runs. So stay away from this one peoples!!!
