Very good and does the job perfectly. Connects iPad, laptops, a MAC and a gaming PC (using motherboard graphics and GPU for 2nd screen) to 2 separate different size monitors and works perfectly each time which ever option or machine I select.

So I've tried 4 or 5 different switches and docking stations now, and this is literally the only one I've been able to find that actually works. One of the switches I tried would send video but not audio, and several just didn't send video to my monitor at all.PLEASE AV ACCESS - (putting this near the top hoping the manufacturer will actually see this) please add USB inputs and ethernet connection for all 3 channels, so that in future models you could plug in 3 laptops.I've gotten my 3 laptops to work on this switch but you will need to plug in both HDMI and USB simultaneously on those 2 channels. For my use case, I need to use 3 different laptops during the day and plugging and unplugging several times a day is a pain and inevitably leads to a mess of cords on my desk. This switch is pretty expensive for what it does, but this one worked the first time I plugged everything in and started switching between channels, and it eliminates the need for a separate docking station. This switch design assumes that you have 2 desktops (already wired with ethernet) and 1 laptop. It does offer a CAT6 in, but it only connects to the laptop (usbC) input. So my other 2 laptops are on wireless. Not a deal breaker, but again if all 3 channels had all the inputs and were connected to ethernet then this device would be 100% perfect.I hope I won't need vendor support but I hear AVA is awesome at that too. Thanks for making a device that actually works! I'm a happy camper with a clean desk free of cords.

The KVM works fine. Mostly. Within some set of parameters that my devices don't fall into. This is a 3 PC dual monitor KVM. The first computer connection is a laptop docking station that only includes a USB-C and Network GbE connection (as reported by my laptop). The other two connections have dual HDMI in and USB-B connections.Out of the Box, the laptop connection will not work with my laptop. It supports the mouse and keyboard fine but not a single external monitor, due to the laptop needing "DisplayLink" according to support and the dock not supporting it. It does work fine with my second laptop though, a Surface Pro X. My (non-surface) laptop does work on either of the other two inputs when attached through a docking station, but that kind of defeats the purpose.I don't understand why this product has an IR input switcher. The cables that come in the box are 3-6ft long each keeping the device well within arms reach. Now I have another remote I can loose and a battery to replace.I will say, support earned a star on their own. Despite what appears to be a language barrier and a substantial time zone shift they did their best under the circumstances and ultimately offered to help with a return of the product since it did not meet my requirements.Overall this is a premium priced product that does not deliver premium features. Frankly it feels like it's lacking standard features.

I needed a KVM switch that could handle 2 monitors, 1 windows PC, 1 Linux laptop, and 1 m1 macbook. The only down side so far is that there is no option to mirror the displays for the PC ports. The a/b HDMI are pass-through only as best I can tell, and my Linux laptop only has a single HDMI port. So only the 'a' display is used, this seems to cause the monitor to flicker sometimes, but switching away and back to the linux laptop will stop the flickering. I haven't had issues with usb input that some reviewers described, and I haven't had it long enough to comment on it's overall reliability.A positive note is that my external usb hard drive connected to one of the usb ports on the switch is recognized and accessible to each computer making file sharing between them very easy.Other issues to be aware of, but not the fault of the switch in my opinion. The m1 macbook air only supports a single external display, the issue is which monitor it decides to use. For whatever reason, it selects my lower resolution b monitor and the switch clones it to the a monitor. I haven't investigated why further, but it is probably best to have identical dual displays to avoid issues like this.DP to hdmi cables/adapters work fine, however make sure the cable/adapter supports your monitors resolution and refresh rate. I found out my old DP to HDMI cable didn't support anything higher than 1080p when my 2k 'b' monitor didn't have its native resolution available on the windows pc.Overall I'm very happy happy with this switch and it has made it much easier to get work done on the different computers.

When forking out £200+ for a new KVM, I was expecting the mains power to enable the unit to cope with a reasonable load. Yet, with only 1 monitor, 1 mouse, 1 keyboard and 1 camera (USB-C), it regularly drops the USB connections to the mouse and keyboard, and/or drops the connection to the camera. I have had more meetings prematurely terminated using this switch than I had with a similar £50 KVM running on USB power. The Keyboard USB slot is unusable too and I've had to swap the connection to one of the other USB ports.Very disappointed.

Works perfectly for WFH setup. I just wish hotkey feature worked with wireless keyboards, but IR remote makes up for it.

The KVM dock does exactly what I needed in that it allows be to connect 2 PC's and a laptop (USB C) to two displays and quickly switch between devices. I got a discount from the £280 retails price so only paid £230 however this is still a lot of money. Sometimes switching between devices can take a up to maybe 10 seconds but this might be in part due to my monitors having 3 inputs so they sometimes flick between each input until it detects the correct one. I have had a few occasions where i move back from PC to laptop and the laptop has moved all open windows to 1 screen instead of keeping them on 2 but it doesnt happen all the time so this could be a configuration / laptop issue rather than an issue with the dock itself.Overall I'm happy with my purchase but would not have purchased it at the full price.

I got this because I am slowly migrating from my old desktop to my new one. Also, I have a laptop I take along when I go out; I'm a sysadmin, so I must be available. It does exactly what I want it to do.Today I tried it for the first time with the laptop connected, and at first, it was wonky, only connecting to the mouse and keyboard but not to the monitors. Then I realized that I should be using the USB C cable that came with the device. After I swapped the cables, it was fine and it even charged the laptop (a Lenovo X1 carbon).

I bought this KVM 2 months ago and overall I'm pleased with it.I have a work laptop plugged in to the thunderbolt connection, and two personal desktops plugged in to the other ports. I have it outputting to two monitiors, headset, mouse and keyboard. Switching between devices is quick and easy, and allows me to game on my personal system. The only problem I've had with it is that when the monitors go to sleep, it's random as to whether the KVM will output to them when I wake them up. This happens with all 3 computers plugged up to the KVM. Sometimes both will connect, sometimes one, sometimes neither. Powering off and on either the monitors or the KVM immediately resolves this problem.
