I was very excited when I got these because the shape and form felt great. I replaced all of the cheap inserts in my sports bras with these. Unfortunately after washing just once, these develop an indentation above the push-up padding which creates a ridge that is visible while wearing. I will have to try a different brand.

Whenever I use these, I think that I should sew them into place, because they look really weird when they drift from how they should be in the bra. There's a bump in the pad that doesn't look right unless it's positioned as support under the breast. It's a great value for the money. Just sew them into place!

I bought these as replacements in sports bras. They're a little bit smaller than the originals and the edges don't narrow as much so they're definitely visible in tight or spandex like clothing. Good amount of cups for the price if you don't mind them being somewhat obvious.

These do their intended job very well, they are very sturdy and I like the extra padding at the bottom. I would definitely buy these again!

Edge of pads are not sewed per advertised and will break apart after a few washes.

I’m so excited about these! They fit perfectly into my sports bras and tank top with the build in bras. I haven’t washed any yet, but the fact that they have sewn edges they should not fall apart or have the thin silk layer peel off which is what happens all the time with every other insert I have that comes standard in swim suits and tank tops with build in bras. Glad I bought these in the 10 pair pack because I plan to replace every one of my cheap inserts. Kudos!

I am a corporate executive turned mom and yoga instructor. When not in the studio teaching, or spinning 16 other plates, I spend as much time on the sand playing beach tennis. That said, my day to day wardrobe consists of a mostly yoga wear and bikinis. Even though i wash all my clothes in the delicate cycle, the padding inserts from my yoga bras and bikini tops always come out of the washer bent, twisted, folded, etc. Sometime they fold and wrinkle so that they put a dent right in the middle of your boob! Highly attractive ....When I found these, they not only were so much better made, but they fact that they are a little bit padded, had given my post-breast-feeding girls a little lift! I was so pleased that I bought it again and again - and realized that I bought bought 4 times. I guess that means I have at least 40 yoga bras and bikini tops - yikes!!Highly recommend :)

Edges are stitched so they don’t fall apart like a buttery biscuit. Slight extra padding at the bottom to lift the girls a little bit. Good for smaller boobs. Barely fit mine and I am a 36c. Would not recommend for bigger cup sizes

They all came in a nice bag and seem good quality. Stitching is good and the pad on the bottom is a good size and comfortable. I used these on sports bras I bought that ended up not actually having cups in them. These worked perfect as an insert.

Great quality and value. Shipped super fast. Used these in a variety of different sports bras and swim suits. They fit well in everything. They don’t move around or pop out while working out or swimming which is exactly what I was looking for. Better than the inserts that came with many of my sports bras.They do have a little “lift” padding at the bottom which I didn’t expect but you can’t see it at all and it doesn’t interfere with performance. They wash well so far but hoping they last for quite a few washes. Definitely recommend!
