I recently had breast implant removal surgery, and have "ski slopes" now as my breats sit lower and are still "fluffing", but these pads help give me a full and flawless look in bras or tight tanks. They give me confidence when I feel like I need a little boost! I am a very small B and I think I ordered the A sized inserts.

Great quality but looks like huge areolas because it's way too small. If only it covered the entire breast, it would have been perfect. I suggest only buy this if you're a B cup or smaller. B cup order the large, it's perfect for you. I'm sure it doesn't come in 3x or 5 x so CD or F cup women need not bother.

After my breast [cancer] surgery in 2018, I opted to using pads rather than undergoing minor reconstructive surgery. These are by far the most comfortable, and the most unnoticeable pads that I've purchased thus far. They stay in place well and fit well in most bras without "spilling" outside of the cup. There are a few exceptions depending on what "cut" of bra you're wearing or if it has an underwire.

This is supposed to fit C/D cups. C possibly but definitely not a D. They are foam and mu C h thinner than I expected. If you are looking to increase size you won't get much. I was just looking for lift in a swimsuit and I doubt they will do the job. Returning.

I liked the shape and thickness, but they are too small. I am a C cup and they only cover half. Wish they made a larger size.

Im here 3 years later to buy another set. I tried another pair & they must have been for a teen. I’m about a 1X w/C cups post breast reduction surgery so I don’t need lift just some volume back.These are just the right size, but they do appear as circles on top of your breast in tight clothing so you have to be careful. I wear them in bralettes and sports bras. Sports bras they move around a lot but I just adjust them bc it’s not too often I wear sports bras anymore.Originally I had a bad review of these, but I’m changing that and buying more. I wash them a lot & they hold up too. I use super hot water & Borax for all my clothes & these hold up just fine.

Great product if you’re looking to add volume. I probably misread the description but I thought they were going to be more like washable nursing pads. They’re not. They’re very sturdy and structured. They give a nice shape. I really didn’t want to look more busty but if that’s your goal I think you’ll love this product. I was looking more for slight padding for cold weather—if you know what I mean!!🥶😉. I give this product 5 stars for quality, comfort and because they definitely create a nice full bust line.
