Very accurate, I double checked the reading with 2 other volt meters I have. I'm happy with this little gauge, it's small enough to leave in my windshield bag to double check voltage of my motorcycle battery on a trip.

Plugged it into a weatherproof exterior outlet that is wired to the batteries. Bought this product so I could check battery voltage on my Jeep without having the engine running. It also gives me the percentage of the battery charge. Then I can also plug it in my battery tender Junior to keep my batteries maintained on my jeep gladiator

Works great and just plug into the battery tender and it works. Lets you know the battery voltage and the charging voltage when you increase the rpms.

Me pareció muy funcional, como revisar el aire de las llantas siempre es bueno conocer el estado de tu batería, y si es necesario recargar con el tender, antes de tus viajes.

This tool is a excellent addition for checking the battery's strength on hard to reach power sports batteries. It's affordable, convenient, easy to use. A needed accessory.

A small and incredibly accurate "plug" that you can easily attach, and detach, from your already-installed Battery Tender "pigtail" on your Harley, GoldWing, Victory, Indian or whatever other motorcycle you may have. Accurate. Shows "12.5" volts, which is ideal, on a motorcycle at idle and then identifies "14.2-14.5" volts when the RPM on your machine is brought up to about 2,000 RPM, or so. Very small, easy to carry, or just leave it attached at all times to the Battery Tender pigtail. Battery Tender makes good products, including this one!

I have a restored car that I just don't drive very often... but often enough to leave the battery connected. I connected this Battery Tender LCD Voltage Display to a Battery Tender Quick Disconnect cable with ring posts and attached the cable to the posts on my battery. The cable is long enough to stretch out about 6 inches in front of the battery and the monitor lies on top of the coilover tower. Now, whenever I want to check the level of my battery, all I have to do is press a button, and I know immediately whether my battery will start the car, or if it needs a charge. The Voltage Display has both red yellow and green LEDs indicating the general state of the battery, and the LCD display shows me the exact voltage output.Once I start the car up, I can also see that the alternator is putting out a voltage of about 14.2 volts, so I can tell it's charging the battery. Great little tool, handy to have permanently in the engine bay. This isn't exactly on point, but I also bought an Optima Yellow Top Deep Cycle battery which enables me to go a bit longer between charges if I happen to forget. I know that's not the typical use for the yellowtop… but the deep cycle function is perfect for this situation because when I do get busy and forget to check it, the battery voltage can drop well below what would normally be catastrophic, yet I can still recharge the battery. Last time, the voltage dropped to 4.5 volts. In a regular starting battery, anything below about 11.9 volts would be considered completely discharged, and 10.5 volts would render the battery 'dead' and NOT re-chargeable. I know, because I've bought several batteries over the last few years. (Although there is a way to bring a completely dead battery back to life in some cases... Google it.)The final entry in my battery setup is the thing that drains the battery in the first place. Because the car is now an expensive property, I installed a VIPER GPS-enabled remote starter /alarm system. The Viper app has a setting that will alert me when the battery gets low. (Low by common starter battery standards, not deep cycle). So when my iPhone starts honking at me, I know its time to charge that baby up.Problem solved.

It does work as advertised. It is a bit small, but readable and the price is reasonable. I have it connected continuously to my portable generator’s battery along with a Battery Tender. I use it to be sure that Battery Tender is working, charging, and properly connected. I have checked it against other voltmeters and it is right on at about 12.5 volts and about 1/10 of a volt high at 13.1 volts, it is within it advertised accuracy. The LEDs are a cute feature, but unnecessary for me, since I am interested in a more exact voltage reading. The LEDs may be useful for someone that does not understand the voltage readings.I would give it 5 stars, but after two months I have developed an intermittent problem. Sometimes, when I push the button it not does work. After a few pushes on the button, the display does come on. Right now, I am not sure if a failure is imminent. It is in a cold garage, so the cause could be the cold. I intend to buy a spare in case this one fails. I will give it one more chance, since I have found Deltran products to be very good. There are not many voltmeters of this type on the market. I do have a Volt Minder, a similar product, which is being used for another application. The Volt Minder is superior to this unit. However, I did not use it since the Volt Minder it is a lot more expense, and it is designed to connect through a cigarette lighter. It would take a bit more finesse to connect it to my generator.
