I spent several months looking at expensive lights and never found anything that spoke to me. Ran across these lights and they were less expensive than similar ones seen other places. It is a great quality light fixture for a great price.

I reallly like this black BOKT ceiling light with the milk glass globe!If you have a basic knowledge of wiring, installation is straightforward. We added a remote wireless switch and there was plenty of room to tuck it into the fixture.Ours came with a led light bulb but we swapped it out for a 10w led which was longer but fit just fine. This is not a large light and best suited to smaller spaces - a hallway or small bath maybe. We use it in our lower level "bonus" room, aka basement :-), and it meets our needs. It's not super bright but will be supplemented with task lamps. The style and size work well in the space. A small touch I appreciated - included were a pair of gloves to wear while installing the spindles. At first I thought that was a little unnecessary, but once I got going I appreciated the gloves. There's a lot of spindles and (as they should be) they were a snug fit. The black finish and fit of the globe looks great! I can't speak to the price point comparisons, but I can say that the fixture seems solid and we haven't seen anything similar on the shelf. It's all what you're willing or able to spend.

I love this light so much! This was my very first electrical project on my own and I'm so proud of it. It looks great and compliments my wallpaper so well. It was fairly easy to install (especially for a newbie) and I only had to adjust the screws one time because the placement of the piece that attaches to the ceiling wasn't in a great spot. Everything I needed was included in the box and it came without incident. The lightbulb is an LED bulb so you're limited on warmth and color of the light but this is in my entry way and i'm happy with it! I'd say in an actual room this light would be too small and not bright enough, but for an entry way or other small space it is perfect!

How would you be us about this light when it was ordered. It's one of those things you have to trust your significant others instincts and see it to believe it. You hooked up nice and easy all the hardware was in the box and it worked on the first flick of the switch.

I just installed this BOKT Modern Gold Semi Flush Mount Ceiling Light in my hallway. It is simply stunning! The brushed gold with the white glass globe is absolutely giving a vintage modern touch to any room it occupies. Installation is effortless, even though, I'm sure, some experience in DIY would be required because sometimes the space left for wiring is quite tight.The only downside is that it's on the small side, so it might not work well in larger rooms as the main light source. For smaller spaces, though, it's perfect. I was impressed with the design and the overall quality, though some components feel a little cheap, especially around the bulb socket. For the price, it is actually good value if you're looking to spice up a smaller area with a stylish fixture.

This ceiling lamp is a bit on the small side - I would keep that in mind when ordering. I don't think that you would want to use it as a main ceiling lamp in a larger room - but that being said, it could be a nice compliment to a smaller room and provide that nice mid-century modern look that you may be going for.The installation is a little tight, but if you are familiar with wiring then you shouldn't have a problem. If you are not familiar with basic DIY wiring, I would definitely recommend hiring a qualified electrician to finish the job for you so you don't run into any problems.The asking price for this lamp is a little on the high side - but the fit and finish of the light looks great when properly installed. This review is for the gold finished lamp - and I was impressed by it. The product will come with instructions and all of the mounting hardware required.My grading scale:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park, PERFECT BUY!4 Stars = Excellent find, you should definitely give it a shot.3 Stars = It works and functions as advertised.2 Stars = A little scary, but do your research and it may work out.1 Stars = Avoid this product and look elsewhere.All of my reviews are based on actual use of the product. Looks nice until you have to wire it and you realize that every component of this light is cheap. No space for wire storage, no clearance to tighten brackets screws, and the bulb socket is loose.
