It made it harder for the kids. It might just be the type of car but it didn't work for us.

My daughter has been wanting to be more independent but couldn’t buckle herself because the buckle would fall under her seat. This has been a game changer for her. She can now buckle herself in and she feels like a big kid now. It’s easy to put on and very sturdy. Perfect for kids wanting to be more self reliant.

I have a 2008 Nissan versa hatchback. The seat belt clips are floppy and lay on the back seat. Which has never really been a problem until my daughter graduated into a booster seat. I thought she would be able to clip herself in and I would just need to lean back and double-check her before driving away. But with the floppy clips sometimes getting pushed under her seat I still regularly had to reach across her and clip her in before we drove off. With these things, the clip stays in place and sits straight up making it possible for my daughter to clip herself in, and I just reach back and double-check before we drive off. Making the whole getting in and out of the card process a little bit easier.

These are really useful! I bought a set for my Jeep Patriot. Now I don't have to constantly search for the buckle yay! Now it's easier for my 7 year old to buckler herself in too.*It's a little rough getting it over the buckle. You really have to push and wiggle it on (since it's a kind of rubbery material).Would totally guy again. :)

Did not fit my Chrysler 200 as the buckles do not pull up far enough for this to fit around it. Really disappointed because my daughter cannot fasten herself in without help

Some people have given this product a bad review because it doesn't fit their vehicle. I find this ridiculous because it's a UNIVERSAL product, not a custom one made to fit your specific vehicle; obviously it's not going to fit every single make and model of vehicle. 🙄That being said, it fits our 2019 kia just fine! The material is somewhat flexible to be able to get it around the buckle, but not so flexible that it slides off when you don't want it to. Our seat belts don't move in and out but they wiggle back and fourth making it hard for my toddler to buckle herself - and they have large gaps that toys and such get stuck in. This worked wonders for both! I've seen certain reviewers saying that it's a "safety issue" to use these in case of an accident, but that seems EXTREMELY silly to me considering its made to sit UNDER the buckle to hold it up. It would be no worse than toys or snacks being wedged in there and would not have ANY affect on your ability to get your child out in case of an accident. If anything, it would make it more simple to unbuckle them in such an event. They're cheap and they do what they are intended for as long as you don't have large buckles.

Absolutely love! My grandkids who have just graduated to booster seats can now easily buckle up by themselves and - an unexpected plus - it as helped my 90 year old Mom who has mobility issues buckle up with ease as well.
