Just finished up our camping trip and the parchment liners were fabulous. I cooked a couple of meals and a fruit crisp using them and they held up just as advertised. Will definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Line the Dutch oven during cooking. Makes serving and clean up much easier.

Parchment liners are very handy. We belong to a Dutch Oven cooking club so we need lots of liners. Parchment is better for the environment than aluminum.

They appear to be of the same quality as the brand name Dutch oven liners but significantly lower in cost.

I used to use the aluminum dutch oven liners for making desserts and stuff that will stick to the dutch oven and be a pain to clean. The aluminum liners are bulky and tough to pack in with other camping gear without them getting crushed. They also take up a lot of trash space when throwing them out and, worst of all, the crevices trap a lot of the yummy desserts decreasing the amount available to eat! These parchment liners seem like a much better idea.I used them for the first time last weekend and made a blueberry-lemon dump cake and a chocolate-cherry dump cake in them in a 14" dutch oven. The liners fit very well and were able to be pressed into the oven easily enough. They were easy to lift out when the cooking was done, and cleanup was super easy. There was no tearing or leaking and getting every last morsel of the gooey cake out was no problem. The only downside to these is the price. They are much more expensive than if you were to just buy a roll of parchment paper. Unfortunately, you can't find parchment paper wide enough to build up the sides of a 12" or 14" dutch oven. The 20" diameter of these is key, and I guess the supply & demand curve is working against you as there aren't that many manufacturers of them out there that I could find. Still, they are less expensive than the foil tub liners.

Oh yeah!I'm on the air fryer kick and let me tell you... I have gone though many things trying to find something to line the AF bin with so I don't have to clean it as often (it can be a bear to clean.) I've tried foil, regular parchment paper, aluminum pans, silicone bins, etc., but couldn't really find anything large enough so that all sides of the AF bin were covered. Happened across this and took a chance and bought it. Figured if it will work in a Dutch oven over a fire, then it should work with the AF. It is perfect! Exactly what I needed. I originally had a 5.8Qt AF, so I had to trim the paper a bit, but I recently upgraded to an 8Qt AF, and I don't really need to trim it. These are definitely thicker than your average paper, but not so think that they aren't flexible. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend.
