Well if you have a patty maker you got to have these.. one down in the press then the meat ball then one more wax paper then press .. wala

I own a burger press and use the round papers to make them. I also make my own bread and have been using the round paper ones when freezing loaves of bread. By slotting the squares between the individual slices of bread, it makes it easier to remove the individual slices. I bought the squares to use for the same purpose and have found they are also useful to separate individual portions of fish and meat. Having used a fair few I still seem to have a lot left in the pack.

The rounds measure 4.33" and will not work in a standard 4" berger press. Returned
