Cane Creek 40 series headsets are of excellent quality and a great value. Having the top and bottom cups available separately is a big plus as you can mix-and-match sizes and configurations. I was very pleased that this cup was the complete assembly that included the bearing cartridge and crown race.

I had a difficult time trying to identify the bottom headset on my Diamondback Overdrive (unsure of the year) Finally came to the conclusion to buy this one and try it out... After knocking out the stack with the remover tool, this was a perfect fit and was able to press in with minimal effort.Now steering is nice and smooth with no wobbles or creaking... Excellent headset lower and wonderful quality.
