We use premium Chrome Molybdenum steel tempered with our proprietary heat treatment process to make these impact sockets and accessories. I was working on my 2007 Lexus RX350 (so basically a similar-generation Toyota Highlander) and getting the front transfer case oil replaced. However the last person that did it practically rounded the drain plug so much I couldn't use a normal wrench. Thankfully this thing existed and was small enough to barely squeeze my socket wrench between the drain plug and the exhaust for me to loosen it, drain the oil, and replace with a new plug (in fact if you are doing this replacement you can probably get an even shallower socket, if one existed; I'm using a 15/16 instead of 24mm because I needed the extra 0.12mm because the drain plug was rounded).The build quality is pretty good, I've only used one of Capri's 24mm sockets before, but this does seem to be a pretty quality socket. Since this is an impact socket there's a cross hole. This cross hole does run across both sides of the socket instead of a single side which is different from the 24mm socket I've ordered before, but otherwise, no complaints on this.
