The milk steamer mechanism is poorly designed and makes it difficult to maneuver or use bigger pitchers than the one provided. It also turns off automatically after reaching a cap temperature. Don't waste your time and get a Breville. The coffee extraction is descent.

I had to replace it, then the new one did the same thing. I got a Error 13, then the steamer/hot water quit working. I replaced it with a different brand.I'd used a different CASABREW model before and loved it (although it only lasted a bit over a year) . I thought if I invested more money in a better one...I did get a full return on both machines and the Tornado grinder. The support was fantastic!

This was my second espresso machine I upgraded from a very basic machine. I enjoy that it's still easy to use but automatic when it comes to brewing the correct amounts. I love the hot water feature.

I had a smaller CasaBrew espresso machine for a couple of years and loved it. From the advertisements, I expected this Neutron Pro unit to have more and better features. It did have more features but was a clumsy and ineffective machine for me. I got no satisfaction after calling customer service to find out why my brew was not consistent or up to par. Every attempt no matter what the fineness or courseness of grind, tamp, pressure or temperature settings were, there was always a 'wet puck' and either over or under extraction. That was with single wall baskets. When I tried a double wall basket, it did reach a more optimum Brew pressure, but the double wall baskets had their own unique problems and poor brew quality. When brewing, the pressure rose slowly and sometimes never met anything close to the desired 9 bar, or sometimes much exceeded that. I found that other features of the machine were equally touchy and unpredictable. I returned it to Amazon. Upon reflection, I believe the pump was either bad or poorly engineered in general or in the specific unit that I purchased.

When my Krups XP6180 was nearing the end of its usability after about a decade of daily use, I was very happy to find Casabrews and their wide selection of expresso machines. Since I already had 2 excellent bean grinders, I was looking for a high-performance unit without a built-in grinder.The Casabrews Neutron Pro is an outstanding expresso machine for its performance, ease of cleaning/maintenance, appearance/build quality, customer support, and very excellent price point/value. Its programmability for extraction, hot water, and final milk temperatures is easy and gives it excellent versatility for the most demanding barista. This flexibility along with a preset hot water pre-infusion, digital indicators of brewing time/pressure and milk temperatures during frothing ensure consistently optimal results. A special kudo for the design of the steam wand tip which enables even the most inexperienced barista to produce perfectly frothed milk. The high-capacity water reservoir has a well-designed lid and gives easy access for filling and is also removal easy for cleaning. The solidly built unit is well-packed and comes with easy-to-understand & well-illustrated documentation/instructions. The exterior stainless-steel exterior allows easy cleaning. A special word about the outstanding customer support. I have reached out to them several times & their response is always quick and very helpful. I look forward to many years of excellent expresso beverages from this unit.

I received the machine and went on to pull some espresso shots. Everything was fine with good crema on the espresso; the only issue I have is with the milk steam wand. It moves forward and backward probably 1/4 of an inch. You cannot bring it outside the machine so the milk jug's movement is extremely limited. Other than that, the machine works as advertised.
