Very cool idea. The fabric really does stick to itself very strongly like velcro but it's still super soft and not scratchy at all. Being completely honest, I am not sure quite yet how to wrap up my anxious kitty but I am confident I will figure it out. Like learning to swaddle an angry, dangerous baby lol. The pattern is cute and vibrant.

I was not able to wrap either of my cats with the blanket but the blanket certainly works as expected. It sticks to itself once wrapped. If you get cats wrapped in it, I don't see that they can easily get out. The fabric has nice soft feel, just like other non stick blankets. Overall I see it as a quality item.

I had hoped to be able to use this blanket as it is intended—to facilitate cat claw clipping. Unfortunately, I was not able to get it wrapped before the little rascals escaped. They both weigh less than ten pounds- one is 9 and the other is 8. But they are very smart and frisky, so the wrapping does not go well for a person with only two hands. Claws are unclipped as of today, but I will try again. In the meantime, they do like to sleep on the blanket, so it is now a cat bed that goes well with the pillows on the couch!I think I would have had an easier time with this if I had ordered the larger size blanket. It does stick well to itself and this is a very clever idea.

This item is golden! My cat fights me every time I try to cut her nails. It is a fight that she ends up winning. I was skeptical about this product...but it works! The wrap is definitely self-adhesive. She couldn't easily get out like she could the towels and other things I used to wrap her in. I was able to cut all four of her paws in one sitting. It is soft but self adhesive, which I found to be amazing. The description says the wrap can be used in other ways such as a protectant for fragile items like camera's or laptops during travel. I could see it being used for such. But for me it was a game changer used as a wrap so that I could control my crazy cat and save money going to the groomer just to get nails clipped.

This is very convenient to use for my kitten to cut his nails that are so sharp. He can't get out of this thing when I wrap him up. This is the best thing I've ever had for an animal. He's not stressed out. I'm not stressed out and he gets his nails cut. He's 12 weeks old. So he's still a little bit small maybe when he's older, but he'll be more used to it. But the item is exactly as described. It's made out of very good quality materials and it's just magic how it sticks to itself I guess.

This review is for Cat Grooming Wrap, Cat Grooming Supplies for Cutting Nails, Cat Restraint for Nail Clipping to Anti-Scratch/Runaway/Bitten, Cat Swaddle Wrap for Calming & Holding Cat (XL (Within 22lbs)) Finally! A blanket big enough for a true tomcat. Our male cat is 18 pounds and this fits arounds him. He still gets annoyed at us when it is nail cutting time. But this blanket and the cone of shame do help to keep him safe along with our hands and face. This blanket sticks to itself so you need your plan of attack ahead of time!

I ordered this to help my mom clip her cats nails. This thing is magic. It sticks to itself! I made cat burritos and they hated it. I was enjoying it. I have only used it a couple of times, so I still don't have it perfect. But the way it wraps up a cat to hold hostage for a few minutes... Yeah, it is magic. Be sure to get the right size. One of my cats is a little bottom heavy and cannot be contained.
