Absolute garbage! Horrible chemical smell, cheap wood, one piece was already broken and it was missing 3 screen panels rendering it unusable! No company to contact for replacement parts, so it has to be returned, which was a nightmare. It must be returned in the original box and I spent over an hour stuck in the most evil game of Tetris trying to get everything to fit. I gave up and contacted customer service who agreed to send extra labels for multiple boxes.

There is a very strong chemical smell when you open the box, mine was for outdoor use so I put it together anyway. I didn’t have all the screws and ended up with extra wood because there are not enough pre drilled holes and you need two people to assemble. My cat is sitting in it but doesn’t love it because it’s not tall enough to climb high. I would not purchase again and do not recommend it
