Cherokee is a name brand that's been around for decades, and typically produces high quality clothes at a reasonable price. This base layer is no exception, with a very soft, smooth and slightly brushed polyester fabric that's lightweight, yet surprisingly warmer than some similar products I own. The texture feels more like high quality cotton than polyester.The styling and attractive navy color are nice enough to be worn as a long-sleeve T-shirt instead of a base layer. The Medium runs true to size, perfectly fitting my frame (40" chest, 32" waist, 5'8" height) with good sleeve and body length. This is advertised as designed for wearing under scrubs, and certainly would be fine for that application, but it's also a solid choice for anyone looking for a nice looking, good quality shirt.

This is a fantastic underscrub tee! It’s comfortable, with one tag that was easy to snip out. It’s long enough to tuck, but not so bulky that it rolls up around your waist if you don’t tuck it. The shirt is warm but not too heavy. It’s a great value and great quality.The shirt fits true to the size chart. I’m 130-135 pounds, 34 inch chest, and picked a size X-Small. When I first saw it, I thought it might be a little too small. But when I put it on, the shirt was a perfect fit.I washed the shirt in cold water on gentle cycle and tumble dried on medium temperature. It did not shrink, fade, or pill.

PROS+Comfortable+Not too thick or thinCONS-Fits quite slim. If you want a looser fit, size up.SUMMARYI wear scrubs every day and wanted a base layer to have under my scrub top. This works well. The fit however is definitely slim. I normally wear a Large top. In a Large, this is quite skin tight.

Review of B0F3X6VCZ2 - Cherokee Men's Long Sleeve Underscrub Tee CK807, XL, Navy:I don't work in the medical field so I don't know what makes a long sleeve tee specifically an underscrub tee. I ordered this because I often work outside in the times of day when mosquitos are active. Mosquitos are called the most dangerous animal to man because of all the serious diseases they carry. I've finally wised up and I'm now wearing long sleeve shirts and it is really making a difference. Of course, I still have my hands, neck and face vulnerable but mosquitos don't seem as successful with those targets.I wear a perfect XL and this shirt fits me perfectly, except the sleeves are too long. About 2-3 inches too long, so they hang down over my hands. It's not a killer, I can roll them up, but I'd like it better if they were a little shorter. There is a size designated for extra long sleeves: Tall.I first washed the shirt on my normal cycles: warm wash, followed by a long low tumble dry and it came out fine. Since this is a dark blue, I washed with other dark colors but saw no indication of the color bleeding. The shirt is soft, stretchy and comfortable. I see no flaws in construction. The crew neck is comfortable, not tight. The only thing keeping it from being great is the sleeve length.
