This gadget is handy around the house to make pies. Yum! A great little invention to mass de-pit cherries: especially for the upcoming cherry season out here on the West Coast. The plastic is food safe and that’s important of course. And the functionality of the little gadget is great and simple to use. Can use 1 to 7 cherries at a time. And if it’s too hard to push down on 7 for some people you can do 2, 3,4, 5, 6, whatever works for you. A definite YES from me and my "TRIED-and-TRUE" SOLID 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ STARS Rating!I only give five star ratings to items that I use and exceed my expectations for quality, functionality, ease-of-use, premium appearance/looks, durability, & when possible: Sustainability/Ease on the Environment. This cherry pitter works like a dream. So easy to use my kids could do it and they definitely had fun with it. It's made of sturdy hard plastic and the top "button" moves easily without much effort. The pits and stems all pop out with one push and you are left with the edible part of the juicy fruit. Easy to wash off (definitely needs to be done ASAP so the juice doesn't sit inside the top which could cause mold to get stuck in there).

This works nicely for taking the pits out of cherries for little ones. I don't think there's a way to take apart the red bit to wash it by hand, but it does appear to be dishwasher safe based on the box, so I guess there's that. I just wish there was a way for me to take it apart and do it on my own.

I love both olives and cherries, and this is an effective, easy to use way to prepare more of them in quantity, instead of having to cut around them individually. Works great - recommend!

This cherry picker is working nicely. It saves a lot of time when you want to make cup cap or pie. It also helps when little children wants to have some and you don't have time to take the seeds out individually. Is a nice little item to have. It works very well.

This works great for cherries however, you do have to put some weight behind it when using it. I did do a good job of removing the pit from my cherries, so it does cut down on time.
