Overall, I do like this strainer. The clips hold well, and it's flexible enough to work with any pot I throw at at, from a small sauce pan to an 8 qt crockpot. It takes up minimal space in both the dishwasher and the cabinet, which makes it the strainer I reach for most frequently. However, the holes are large enough to allow smaller pasta, minced vegetables and even some ground meat through. It's definitely not one to use for washing grains. Given that it isn't all purpose, I do feel the price is a little high.

I recently purchased the Clip-On Silicone Strainer for my kitchen, and it has quickly become one of my favorite cooking tools. Here's my breakdown of its features and performance:✅ Pros:-Universal Fit: The adjustable clip design fits securely on all my pots and pans, from small saucepans to larger stockpots. No need to transfer food to a separate colander.-Durable Silicone Material: The heat-resistant silicone is sturdy yet flexible, withstanding boiling water without warping or melting. It feels durable and well-made.-Space-Saving: Unlike traditional colanders, this strainer is compact, taking up minimal space in my kitchen drawers.-Easy to Use: Clipping it on is straightforward, and it stays in place even when straining heavier foods like pasta or potatoes.-Easy to Clean: Dishwasher-safe and also easy to rinse by hand. No hard-to-reach spots where food gets stuck.⚠️ Minor Cons:-Clips Could Be Stronger: On very large or heavy pots, the clips feel a bit strained. It holds well but requires a careful pour.-Not Ideal for Very Small Items: Tiny foods like quinoa or rice can slip through the slots, so it works better for larger items like pasta, vegetables, and meat.⭐ Overall Verdict:If you're looking for a convenient, space-saving alternative to traditional colanders, this Clip-On Silicone Strainer is an excellent choice. It's perfect for everyday cooking and makes straining safer and quicker. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a more efficient kitchen tool.

This pasta strainer clips onto pots easily and holds tight. It’s flexible and fits easily into both the drawer and the dishwasher. I would prefer it to be a bit larger so I could pour water out of my larger pots more quickly, but it still worked – just have to be careful not to let the pasta tumble out when you have this much in a large pot. But this tool is perfect with a smaller pot and smaller amount of pasta.

This strainer is much more versatile than I figured it would be. It clips on small and large pans with rubberized clips, similar to a chip clip. The first time I used it, I was a bit disappointed because the silicone strainer allowed pasta to spill over the edge, but that was user error on my end. I simply had to pop out that part of it so it wasn't pressed down into the pan (hope that makes sense). I used it 3x the first week and haven't used my other strainers since buying it because this takes up so much less space in the dishwasher.

I received this product at no cost through the Amazon Vine program, and offer my review as I would have if I had purchased the item. This strainer is the best that I have tried, mainly because it clips securely onto the pot, so both of my hands are free to manage the pot or pan. I do not have to risk splashing boiled water or getting burned by steam while holding a strainer with one hand and trying to balance the pot with the other hand. This is especially convenient for small portions such as steamed vegetables. I haven't used it with a large pot of pasta, but I think that it will work as expected with larger amounts of food, as long as the pot is poured out slowly.

This is great. It is soft and flexible so I can fit it onto different sized pots.It is super easy to clean, I just rinse it. And if it gets oily food residue on it you can just put a little detergent on it. I would also put it into the dishwasher but I have not needed to, it usually just rinses clean because nothing gets stuck on the surface. This is super convenient and is easier than using a colander.
