Notes
1. Please avoid frequent anti-dry burn protection, otherwise, the machine will easily malfunction
2. Instruments that have been in contact with water for a long time will produce scale. Only regular cleaning can ensure fresh and healthy water. Under normal conditions, when the temperature control switch is adjusted to 90°C- 95°C, the water can boil.
3. Wetting the filter before filling the coffee powder can prevent the coffee powder from slipping through.
4. Soy milk, pure milk, milk tea, and other liquids that tend to stick to the pot are not recommended to be heated directly, as they will easily stick to the bottom and burn.
5. Please note that water vapor leakage is normal for long time use and will not affect normal use.
6. If tea and herbal medicine need to be boiled, it is recommended to wrap them with gauze and then put them down for boiling to prevent tea or impurities from blocking the tap.

would NOT recommend this coffee maker. The lid does not "seal" and the steam "spits out of the top" and then the "coffee water" as it perks also "spits and steams". The water also ran down the sides from the handle area. Run from this coffee maker as it will not serve any purpose.

This urn keeps the water at the desired heat by automatically boiling again when the temp falls below.I had an issue with the spigot leaking a bit and contacted the supplier. The return window was already closed but they still shipped me a replacement unit. The new unit does not leak and I am happy with their service.

I thought the inside material and lid would be sturdier. We are having leakage problems already. The coffee filter is very flimsy and is bent due to usage. Not recommended if you need something sturdy for frequent use.
